Me
Photography has always played a huge part in my life; whether it was taking photographs with my dad’s SLR camera as a child, studying photography at university, or even processing 35mm film rolls whilst working at Colorama in Wembley! It’s true to say that photography has played a big part in my life in many ways.
Before I went full time into wedding photography, my cousin asked me to photograph her registry marriage. I nervously accepted and knew it was a huge responsibility and I didn't sleep the night before! Little did I know where it would lead to.
After 'reluctantly' uploading a handful of the photographs to Facebook, a professional photographer contacted me while on his honeymoon (without his wife knowing), and expressed an interest in my style of photography and asked if I wanted to get into the wedding photography business. I said yes and it was the beginning of my photography journey and I’ve never looked back.
I'm so grateful for both opportunities as they were the early steps that has helped me get to where I am today.
Photography is my passion, it’s my life and I’m very fortunate to do be doing something I love with all my heart and this is what drives me. Oh, and it’s a lot of fun!
For me photography is about capturing a specific moment in time, that is full of emotion, laughter, fun and joy that comes with a once in a life time event such as a wedding.
I LOVE being a big part of my couple’s special day, humbly knowing that I’m photographing the moments that will bring back the memories and emotions of their wedding day long after the final ceremony, the last dance or while looking at their beautiful wedding album with their future generations.
